Both bases are equipped with a full suite of hardcore inspection and repair equipment, including industrial CT scanners, X-Ray non-destructive testing systems, precision BGA rework stations, 200MHz high-precision oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and more – enabling a complete closed-loop process from fault diagnosis to chip-level repair.
